The check-in process was a hassle due to unclear instructions on keys!!! Toilets too cramped and only one towel supplied for two people!!! A good clean and some maintenance wouldn't go amiss!!!

I truly enjoyed my stay at The Green Room. The location was wonderful, just a short walk to the WEST PENGE overground station, allowing easy access to central London. The well-stocked kitchen made meal preparation a delight, and the warm welcome with a bottle of Prosecco really set a positive tone.
Bathroom supplies were a bit limited.
